About

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

This is a beer journal,
of sorts. A documentation
of every brew I drink.
Ales, lagers, stouts -
If I drink it, I'll post it.

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This started as a one-year
project, and now that it's
come full-circle, I've decided
to keep it going. Cheers!

Southern Tier Brewing Co. Imperial Creme Brulee Stout   Alc/Vol: 10%
This is definitely a dessert beer; you can smell the vanilla right away. The sweet creme brulee/vanilla flavor is strong but doesn’t overpower. This is a smooth and creamy stout with sweet notes and just a slightly bitter finish. I really, reeeeally love this. I wouldn’t say it’s for everyday drinking, but it’s perfect for an absolute treat!
