About

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

This is a beer journal,
of sorts. A documentation
of every brew I drink.
Ales, lagers, stouts -
If I drink it, I'll post it.

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This started as a one-year
project, and now that it's
come full-circle, I've decided
to keep it going. Cheers!

Tröegs Nugget Nectar Imperial Amber AleAlc/Vol: 7.5%
I look forward to this every year and it’s always a treat. Hoppy but not overwhelmingly so, with a lot of floral, piney, grassy flavor. Smooth and easy to drink; citrus and grassy finish. Nicely balanced. Good stuff.
