“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

21st Amendment Monk’s Blood   Alc/Vol: 8.3%
Really interesting, in a good way. Right away you can smell cinnamon, a little black cherry and what I would imagine a sugar plum to smell like (weird but good). Taste is smooth, spicy and darkly fruity all at once. An interesting balance. This is worth checking out if you want something a little different. It’ll warm you up, that’s for sure.
