About

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

This is a beer journal,
of sorts. A documentation
of every brew I drink.
Ales, lagers, stouts -
If I drink it, I'll post it.

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This started as a one-year
project, and now that it's
come full-circle, I've decided
to keep it going. Cheers!

Victory Summer Love Ale    Alc/Vol: 5.2%
Light, crisp and definitely a summer beer. There’s a grapefruity bitterness, nice grassy hops. A tiny bit sweet but with a nice bite as it goes down. This is easy to drink and would be great for cookouts or just plain hanging out on a hot day.
