About

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

This is a beer journal,
of sorts. A documentation
of every brew I drink.
Ales, lagers, stouts -
If I drink it, I'll post it.

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This started as a one-year
project, and now that it's
come full-circle, I've decided
to keep it going. Cheers!

Rants, raves or
recommendations?

or life-changing pints?

21st Amendment Hop Crisis    Alc/Vol: 9.7%
This is really smooth. Citrusy and grassy with a little bit of a bite as it goes down - not as much as I expected, but that’s not bad here. The alcohol is pretty well masked. Doesn’t taste like an imperial/double IPA. Certainly worth trying though.
