About

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

This is a beer journal,
of sorts. A documentation
of every brew I drink.
Ales, lagers, stouts -
If I drink it, I'll post it.

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This started as a one-year
project, and now that it's
come full-circle, I've decided
to keep it going. Cheers!

Bell’s Porter  Alc/Vol: 5.6%
Dark, bitter chocolate and roasted malts. A tiny bit sweet with a decently bitter bite. This is a pretty well-balanced porter. Bell’s tends to get it right every time.
