About

“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

Kiuchi Brewery Hitachino Nest Ginger Brew Alc/Vol: 7%
If you like ginger and you like beer and you can find this, purchase it. It’s amazing. Light and a little bit dry with a wonderful, unmistakable ginger bite. A bit citrusy as well and just incredibly refreshing all-around. Almost comparable to a champagne, but much less carbonation and much more ginger. This is perfect for summer sipping.
