“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

Newport Storm Hurricane Amber Ale  Alc/Vol: 5.2%  I had quite a few of these last weekend at a friend’s wedding, hence the ribbon. It’s a medium-bodied amber ale with citrus and spice notes and caramel malts. Pleasant and easy to drink. I looked this one up on Beer Advocate to double-check the ABV and saw that its overall rating was a C+. I mean, I liked it. Then again, that’s Beer Advocate for ya.
