“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

21st Amendment Hop Crisis    Alc/Vol: 9.7%
This is really smooth. Citrusy and grassy with a little bit of a bite as it goes down - not as much as I expected, but that’s not bad here. The alcohol is pretty well masked. Doesn’t taste like an imperial/double IPA. Certainly worth trying though.

Southern Tier Gemini Imperial IPA     Alc/Vol: 10.5%
Smooth and sweet with a bitter finish; citrusy and grassy hops. Really interesting and refreshing. At 10.5 percent this could be dangerous, but it certainly is delicious.
