“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

Redhook Late Harvest Autumn AleAlc/Vol: 5.9%  This is light , but very easy to drink. Sweet malt malt flavors with a very slight hop bite. Well-balanced and not bad at all, though I don’t know that it screams “fall brew” at me. Still, worth a try. And there’s an owl on the bottle, which may or may not have led to me purchasing this in the first place.
