“A fine beer may be judged
with only one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure.”

I'm no expert.
I just enjoy good beer.

This was a one-year project to document all the different beers I drank from April of 2010 to April of 2011. I will continue to update this periodically, though!

Cheers!

Bell’s Porter  Alc/Vol: 5.6%
Dark, bitter chocolate and roasted malts. A tiny bit sweet with a decently bitter bite. This is a pretty well-balanced porter. Bell’s tends to get it right every time.

Evolution Lucky 7 Porter   Alc/Vol: 5.8%
Really roasty malts with smoky flavors, dark chocolate and black coffee. Sweeter than I expected. This is smooth and it grew on me.
